Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
Shipping costs
- Free standard shipping on all UK orders from £29.99.
- Standard shipping, 2 to 4 working days: £3.99.
Dispatch times
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Orders placed before 2pm are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm, at weekends, or on a bank holiday are dispatched the next working day.
Tracking your order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a tracking link. Tracking updates every day, though delivery scans can be a little slower at weekends.
If you have not received your tracking email, please check your junk or spam folder first. If you still cannot find it, email us at hello@tidytoyz.com with your order number and we will help you find it.
If your order has not arrived
If your order has not been delivered within the expected time, email us at hello@tidytoyz.com with your order number and we will look into it for you.
