About these terms
These terms are between you and Tidy Toys Go Ltd, trading as Tidy Toyz, a company registered in England & Wales (company no. 13064494), registered office 281 Palatine Road, Manchester, England, M22 4ET.
These terms apply to your use of the Tidy Toyz website and to any order you place with us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Returns and Refund Policy.
Our products
We sell fabric toy storage boxes and related products. We try to show colours and details as accurately as we can, but what you see on your screen may vary slightly from the actual product. Product sizes are listed so you can check the fit with your storage units.
Orders and pricing
All prices are shown in pounds sterling. We may update prices and product details at any time. When you place an order you will receive a confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order, and a contract is formed once we dispatch the items.
If we cannot fulfil an order, for example because an item is out of stock or there has been a pricing error, we will contact you and offer a refund or an alternative.
Payment
We accept the standard payment methods supported at our Shopify checkout, including card payments, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Payment is taken when you place your order.

Intellectual property
The Tidy Toyz name, logo, images, and website content belong to us and may not be copied or used without our permission.
Our responsibility to you
We take care to describe and supply our products accurately. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer. So far as the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable when you placed your order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
